PT. Wega Trade International is an Indonesian wholesale trader of electronics, computers, stationery and office equipment, supplying resellers, integrators, schools and offices and shipping worldwide.
This policy explains what personal data we handle when you browse PtWegatrade.com, contact us or place a wholesale order. We are the controller of that data and we process it lawfully, fairly and transparently.
Our processing is governed by Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law — Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP). Because we ship worldwide, where we process the personal data of visitors and customers in the EU or EEA we also honour the rights and safeguards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not knowingly collect data from children, we do not sell your personal data, and we do not ask for payment card details on this site — orders are settled by bank transfer against a proforma invoice.

How long we keep data
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — to answer your enquiry, fulfil an order, maintain the trading relationship, and satisfy accounting and tax obligations under Indonesian law. After that it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Service providers we rely on — hosting, email and freight partners — are permitted to process data only on our instructions.
International transfers
We ship worldwide, so shipping and contact details may be shared with carriers, customs agents and service providers outside Indonesia — and, for orders placed from the EU/EEA, data may be transferred to Indonesia. We transfer personal data only where the receiving country or recipient provides an adequate level of protection, or under appropriate contractual safeguards, or with your consent, as required by the UU PDP and by the GDPR where it applies.
